Cancellation and Reservation Change Terms
Free Cancellation
Guests can cancel room reservations free of charge up to 7 days before the anticipated arrival.
Cancellation within Less than 7 Days
In case of cancellation within less than 7 days before the arrival, the amount of the deposited advance payment will be charged.
Special Conditions for Group Reservations
Special cancellation conditions apply to group reservations (booking 3 rooms or more), which will be specified at the time of booking and may differ from the general terms.
Reservation Changes
Changes to the arrival or departure date are possible subject to availability and must be arranged with the hotel at least 48 hours before the anticipated arrival.
Confirmation of Cancellation
Cancellation of the reservation will be confirmed by the hotel via email or phone, in accordance with the contact information provided by the guest at the time of booking.
